A little girls Barbie doll cake is made from 8 and 7 round cakes. The cakes are layered and filled with European icing and shaped into a dolls skirt. The cake is covered and decorated with soft icing and the Barbie doll is pushed into the skirt. The dolls top (bodice) is decorated with soft icing and the skirt of the dress is finished with cornelli lace and a ruffle.

Cake: 6 round & 3 inch high; 12 star & 2 high; 16 round & 3 high. Makes 87 servings. The stars on this cake are made from sugar flow icing and small flowers from royal icing. The cake top is commercial.

8 round spiced chocolate cake filled with thin layer of jam and European chocolate-rum icing. The cake is then iced with chocolate icing and covered with ganache.

8 x13 Italian rum cake is dredged with rum, filled with custard and covered with soft European icing. It is then decorated with a lacy design of free-hand technique of curving strings that do not overlap or touch.Top of the cake is decorated with soft icing roses, cake top ornament and royal blue ribbon at the base of the cake.
